At 80 Wanderlust Lane, LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our photography and prints. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will replace the item or provide a full refund.

  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: All custom or personalized prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Email us at 80wanderlustlane@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back in its original packaging within 14 days of approval.

  4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  5. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
